Compliance Administrator
£17.00-£19.23 per hour | Temporary ASAP Start | Bond Street | Hybrid | Financial Services | 9am-5pm
A leading wealth management firm is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join their Operations team temporarily.
The Role
You will support a key project, working closely with the HR and Operations teams to review and accurately categorise a high volume of information.
Key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing approximately 20,000 emails against defined review criteria Accurately tagging and categorising emails Identifying and recording key information and findings Maintaining clear and accurate records throughout the review process Preparing reports summarising findings and key information Ensuring all work is completed accurately, consistently and within agreed deadlines Handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion Working with internal stakeholders to clarify queries and ensure the review is completed to the required standard
About You
Previous experience within compliance, legal, company secretarial, EA/PA or detailed administration Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy The ability to process large volumes of information while maintaining consistency Strong written communication skills, with the ability to summarise information clearly Excellent organisational and time-management skills A methodical and analytical approach The ability to follow set criteria and identify relevant information Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel The ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
