Compliance Monitoring & Regulatory Change Analyst

Jobtailor is seeking a compliance professional to support the monitoring programme and ensure alignment with Lloyd's market requirements. You will work across the business to maintain policies, prepare management reports, and guide on FCA, PRA and Lloyd's obligations.

You will monitor regulatory developments, assist with change management, and help respond to information requests while driving process improvements to strengthen controls.
