Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures in line with current regulations.

- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters and regulatory obligations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA).
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and internal controls .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
