Compliance Paralegal: Private Markets KYC & AML

Carta is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance – Transactional Sub Division under Carta Law. You will work with deal teams, legal and compliance to perform KYC reviews, assess AML/CTF risks and verify ownership structures behind transactions.

We value curiosity about private markets, attention to detail, clear writing, and timely work in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with fund structures and KYC tools are a plus.
