What Your Days Will Look Like

• Lead quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting smooth transitions of work into the compliance team.
• Provide tax technical guidance and contribute to technology development that enhances fund compliance processes, identifying consulting opportunities from compliance work.
• Partner with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.

This Role Is For You If

• Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas:
• Partnership computations and returns
• Investor Reporting
• Experience with general partner corporate tax returns
• ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified (or international equivalent) (preferred, although individuals with relevant experience will be considered)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written
