Responsibilities: Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components. Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals to exact specifications Preparing, laying up, and curing pre-preg carbon fibre Keep all equipment maintained Meet delivery targets for customers while maintaining high quality standards Requirements: Proven experience as a composite laminator in the F1, motorsport or automotive sectors Strong background working with pre-preg xwwtmva materials Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Good attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Reliable, hardworking and committed to high-quality workmanship
