- Vehicle & Key Security: Ensure the highest level of security for all vehicles and keys, handling them safely at all times.
- Accurate Vehicle Records: Maintain accurate records for all new and used vehicles, following the required guidelines.
- New Vehicle Inspections: Inspect deliveries of new vehicles for defects, missing items, or damage, and report any issues immediately.
- Accident & Insurance Protocols: Follow company procedures for accidents and insurance claims, ensuring all incidents are properly documented.
- Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or occurrences related to company vehicles promptly to the Management Team.
