Our client is seeking a friendly and resourceful Concierge to provide exceptional guest services at a luxury hotel in Wolverhampton . You will be the go-to person for guests, assisting them with a wide range of requests, from booking reservations and arranging transportation to providing local recommendations and information. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, local knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a high level of personalized service.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local events, dining, and entertainment options.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
