About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Concierge to provide exceptional assistance to guests at their luxury hotel in Bristol . As the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests, you will be responsible for offering personalized recommendations and arranging a wide array of services, from dining reservations and transportation to local tours and event tickets. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with an in-depth understanding of the local area and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including reservations for restaurants, entertainment, and transportation.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information about local attractions, events, and activities.
• Arrange tours, excursions, and bespoke experiences tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless guest arrangements.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking requests and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a concierge or high-level customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and cultural events.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Discreet, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Familiarity with concierge software and reservation systems is an advantage.
