About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Concierge to provide exceptional guest services from a remote capacity, supporting a luxury hotel in Norwich . In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, assisting with a wide range of requests, from dining reservations and local recommendations to travel arrangements and event bookings. You will leverage your local expertise and strong network to create memorable experiences for guests, enhancing their stay and contributing to the hotel's reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries received via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Provide expert recommendations and arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with travel arrangements, including transportation bookings and itinerary planning.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and external vendors to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues with discretion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concierge , Guest Services Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent knowledge of the Norwich area and its surrounding attractions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and online research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• A proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented attitude.
