About the Role

Our client is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Concierge to provide exceptional service to guests at their esteemed establishment in Derby . As the face of guest services, you will be responsible for assisting guests with a wide range of requests, from making reservations and arranging transportation to providing local recommendations. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience by offering personalized attention and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy. Key Responsibilities
