Job Description
Concrete Supervisor - Precast Concrete Location: Colnbrook SL3 We are looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee the production of precast concrete panels ready for dispatch to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production of precast/prefab concrete panels.
- Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met.
- Manage and motivate production staff.
- Carry out inspections and ensure products meet specifications.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within a concrete or precast concrete manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of concrete production, reinforcement, moulds, and curing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Construction, Manufacturing, or related field.
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
