The Role

• Report to the MD and lead Finland operations for major projects.
• Oversee strategy, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
• Drive performance, growth, and compliance across the region.
• Lead project phases from pre-construction to handover.
• Act as main liaison for clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously developing the business via diversification.

The Candidate:

• Senior leadership experience in construction ad Project/Construction Director level.
• Proven delivery of large-scale, technical builds (preferably data centres).
• Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen.
• Scandinavian/European market knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
