Construction Foreman

About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in Reading . You will be responsible for overseeing teams of workers, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality workmanship. This role requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication, and a practical understanding of all construction trades. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of motivating a workforce to achieve project objectives efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct construction site crews on a daily basis.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Manage material and equipment resources on site effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and building trades .
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
