Construction Manager - Retail Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retail fit-out projects, from initial site surveys to final handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and brand compliance.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, designers, and internal stakeholders.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project disruptions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager , ideally with a strong background in retail fit-outs or commercial refurbishments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS) are advantageous.
