About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors and site teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills for remote management.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, RICS) are advantageous.
