Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager

Hotel Fit-Out Project | Excellent Day Rate | Immediate Start

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager to join a main contractor delivering a high-quality hotel fit-out project based in the West End.

With 12 weeks remaining until handover, this role requires a hands-on individual who can take ownership of site activities, drive subcontractors, and ensure multiple floors are completed to programme and the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades

• Driving progress across several floors to completion

• Monitoring quality, health & safety, and programme

• Reporting into the Project Manager and wider site team

• Assisting with snagging, commissioning and handover activities

Requirements

• Previous experience working on hotel, fit-out, refurbishment or commercial projects

• Experience for a main contractor

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to push works through to completion and meet deadlines

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
