Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement effective project execution strategies and site management plans.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance throughout the construction process.
- Effectively manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, PMP) are highly desirable.
