Construction Manager - Hosier

Location: Hosier, London Salary: £65,000-£85,000 Project Value: £22m Project: Retrofit

Tribuild is recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a major £22m retrofit project in Central London.

You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing site operations and subcontractors Coordinating trades and sequencing works Monitoring programme and progress Maintaining high health & safety standards Managing quality and snagging Working closely with Project Managers and technical teams Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact deliveryPrevious experience delivering complex refurbishment, retrofit or commercial construction projects is highly desirable.

Salary: £65k-£85k, dependent on experience
