I'm currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10,000 sq ft CAT B office fit out project in Guildford , valued at 750k .

• Start next week
• 10-week programme
• Medium sized Interior Fit Out & Design & Build Contractor
• 750,000 project value

Requirements:

• Proven CAT A / CAT B office fit out experience
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
