Construction Operations Manager

About you

You will be a confident and commercially aware construction professional with the ability to lead several projects and teams simultaneously. The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• A strong background working for a main contractor.
• Experience overseeing multiple live construction projects.
• Proven leadership and team-management ability.
• Strong programme awareness and the ability to identify operational risks early.
• A hands-on management style with regular site involvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

Desirable

• SMSTS, CSCS or similar construction qualifications.
• Experience delivering projects within live or occupied environments. Package
• Salary of £75,000–£85,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-related bonus.
