Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive construction project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with project teams to define project scope, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare tender planning submissions and outline construction methodologies.
• Manage site logistics, resource requirements, and sequencing of works.
• Communicate planning information effectively to all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Senior Planner on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant construction or project management qualifications are advantageous.
