About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Planner to join their fully remote team, supporting projects across the UK . This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and on time. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to create robust plans, monitor progress, and identify potential delays, using advanced planning software. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive construction project schedules using planning software.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and resource constraints.
• Monitor project progress against the plan, reporting on deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Senior Scheduler.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 , Asta Powerproject, or similar planning software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.
