You will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to create realistic and achievable construction plans. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, phases, and deliverables.
- Identify critical path activities and potential project risks or delays.
- Monitor progress against the schedule, providing regular updates and reports to management.
- Develop resource allocation plans and ensure their integration into the overall schedule.
- Contribute to the bidding process by preparing preliminary construction program information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Planner or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Asta Powerproject.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
