About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, phases, and deliverables.
• Identify critical path activities and potential project risks or delays.
• Monitor progress against the schedule, providing regular updates and reports to management.
• Develop resource allocation plans and ensure their integration into the overall schedule.
• Contribute to the bidding process by preparing preliminary construction program information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
