About the Role

This role is critical for developing and managing detailed project schedules, ensuring that all construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to create realistic timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective scheduling strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to gather schedule information and updates.
• Identify potential risks and challenges to the project schedule and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress against the plan and report on schedule performance.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely resource availability.
• Optimize construction sequences and methodologies for efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and logic.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
