About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using planning software, incorporating all project activities and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to gather information for schedule development and updates.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive solutions.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and report on deviations and their impact.
• Assist in the preparation of tender planning and support the bid process when required.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding project timelines and potential impacts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler in the building or civil engineering sector.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Asta PowerProject.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with project teams.
