Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed construction project schedules using planning software.
• Identify critical path activities and potential project risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to gather information for schedule updates and adjustments.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule analysis, and look-ahead programs for stakeholders.
• Ensure that schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives and resource availability.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants to coordinate various construction activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or scheduler.
• Proficiency in construction planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
