About the Role

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to provide essential support to their project management team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to the successful delivery of projects from anywhere. You will be responsible for administrative and logistical support, document control, and assisting with project scheduling and reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the organisation and administration of construction projects.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence, ensuring version control.
• Track project progress and assist in preparing status reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials.
• Support with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within construction .
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment .
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
