Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support project management teams in Nottingham . You will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various project stakeholders. You will play a crucial support role in managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between site teams, clients, and subcontractors, contributing to the efficient delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and site logistics.
• Facilitate communication between site teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
