Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, site staff, and external contractors.
• Manage all contractual obligations, including negotiation, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on all project sites.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction project management , with a focus on infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding £X million and complex project schedules.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and construction best practices.
