Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Im building a network of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across the North for upcoming permanent opportunities with established construction businesses.

The roles range from £2m projects through to major programmes, across Yorkshire, the North East, North West and Humberside.

Im particularly interested in people with:

• Proven end-to-end delivery experience from pre-construction through to handover
• Strong ownership of programme, cost, quality and client relationships
• SMSTS and CSCS
• Main contractor experience
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, residential/BTR, fit-out, refurbishment or public-sector construction
• Relevant construction qualification where applicable
• Full UK driving licence
• Particularly valuable experience
• Refurbishment, cut-and-carve or work in occupied/live environments
• Public-sector and framework delivery
• Managing multiple concurrent projects
• Complex stakeholder environments
