About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse building projects in the Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK area. This role is instrumental in ensuring that all construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to execution and final handover. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of building regulations and site management. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to manage significant projects and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and potential issues.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Resolve any site-related issues and disputes promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building materials , and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
