Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Implement stringent health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and authorize payments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a Construction Project Manager role, with a proven history of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and project management methodologies .
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Experience in managing diverse project teams and subcontractors.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
