About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly capable and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects in the Nottingham area. This senior role involves the full responsibility for project delivery, from initial planning and budgeting through to execution and final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage all aspects of site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring successful completion according to specifications and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulatory requirements in the UK .
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
