About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead significant building initiatives in Coventry . This role involves managing all aspects of the construction lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams, driving efficiency and innovation within the construction process. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in construction project management , preferably in the UK .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in construction management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management software and building information modelling (BIM).
