About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final handover, playing a critical role in the success of our client's endeavors in Scotland and contributing to their reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to completion and handover.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates.

Requirements
- Significant experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a degree in a relevant field.
