Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Control project costs, manage variations, and oversee contract administration to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager , with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, risk management , and contract law.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial control tools.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) and a degree in a construction-related discipline.
