Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects in the Belfast area. You will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes from inception to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and driving successful outcomes for challenging and rewarding developments within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, from site acquisition to final handover.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate and manage all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and transparently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager , preferably with large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
