About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse projects from inception to completion in Belfast . You will be responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets , ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and mitigating delays.
• Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing regular project updates.

Requirements

• Proven track record in construction project management , ideally with commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• SMSTS or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
