About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse projects from inception to completion in Belfast . You will be responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets , ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and mitigating delays.
- Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing regular project updates.
Requirements
- Proven track record in construction project management , ideally with commercial or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- SMSTS or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
