About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to spearhead a major development in Manchester . This senior role demands strong leadership qualities to guide projects from conception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for the overall planning, organization, and control of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position requiring strategic thinking and operational excellence to manage complex build processes and diverse project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and handover.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the project.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Construction Project Management , with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
