• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction roles, project lifecycles, and relevant qualifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience within a dedicated recruitment consultancy focusing on construction and engineering is highly desirable.
