Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a wide range of construction roles, including site engineers, project managers, tradespeople, and general labor.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, developers, and site managers.
• Conduct thorough vetting processes to ensure candidates have the necessary qualifications, certifications, and experience.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient and timely placements.
• Stay informed about current construction projects, market trends, and relevant health and safety regulations.
