About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Construction Site Administrator to provide essential administrative support for construction projects based in Derby . This role involves managing site documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting the site management team, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. You will be the administrative hub of the site, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between various parties. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all site documentation, including site diaries, delivery notes, permits, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate site records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate communication between site personnel, head office, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of site reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Process site-related paperwork, such as timesheets, expenses, and delivery logs.
- Provide general administrative support to the site management team as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
