About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at various project sites in and around Bradford . This role is essential for ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the project plans and specifications. You will be responsible for directing and supervising site personnel, coordinating trades, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding quality standards and ensuring the smooth progression of construction activities, contributing to the successful delivery of projects in West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress against the construction schedule and report any deviations or delays.
• Maintain a high standard of site organization and cleanliness.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as a CSCS card.
