Construction Site Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee operations at various sites in and around Liverpool . You will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of site teams, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. You will be a key point of contact on site, ensuring smooth project progression and liaising with the site manager and other stakeholders to achieve project goals, contributing to a company that values diligence and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, including managing trades, operatives, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site, conducting toolbox talks and inspections.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Maintain site records, including daily reports, timesheets, and progress updates.
• Assist the Site Manager in planning and scheduling site works.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor , Foreman, or similar role in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• CSCS card (or equivalent) is required.
