About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join their fully remote team, overseeing projects across the UK. In this role, you will provide crucial supervision and coordination of on-site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. You will act as the eyes and ears on site, communicating progress, issues, and safety concerns back to the project management team. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordinate the work of site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets specified standards.
• Report on site progress, issues, and resource requirements to the project manager.
• Liaise with site stakeholders to address queries and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a supervisory or leadership role on construction sites.
• Relevant CSCS card (e.g., Supervisor or above).
• Good understanding of construction methods and building practices.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and its application on site.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively from site to a remote team.
