About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee operations on various construction sites across Liverpool . This hands-on role is essential for ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. You will be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating trades, monitoring progress, and enforcing health and safety protocols. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong practical background in construction who can lead by example and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordinate and manage site personnel, including tradespeople and labourers, ensuring productivity.
• Monitor work progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and material tracking.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship meets company and client standards, conducting inspections as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Relevant certifications such as a CSCS card are required.
