Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Consultant with a focus on Business Process Improvement to join their dedicated team in Sunderland . You will be responsible for analyzing client workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing and implementing optimised processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs. This role requires a proactive approach and strong engagement skills to work directly with client teams on-site. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering tangible improvements for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Design and document new, streamlined processes using best practices and innovative solutions.
• Develop implementation plans and lead the execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for process changes.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented process improvements against key performance indicators.
• Provide training and support to client personnel on new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing significant process changes.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage change.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
