Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and analytical Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their hybrid team in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyze current business processes to identify areas of waste, redundancy, and potential for enhancement.
• Design and document improved business processes, incorporating best practices and leveraging appropriate technologies.
• Develop implementation plans for process changes, including communication strategies and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure buy-in.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and recommend ongoing adjustments to maintain optimal performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, operational improvement, or a related consulting field.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma principles).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
