Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their team in Liverpool . This role is dedicated to identifying inefficiencies, optimising workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance for a variety of clients. You will work closely with client teams to understand their current processes, facilitate change, and drive tangible improvements in productivity and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for optimisation.
• Design and document improved processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Utilize process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for process changes.
• Measure and report on the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business process analysis, operational improvement, or consulting.
• Proficiency with process modelling tools and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with diverse client teams, ideally within the Liverpool area.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
